This role is to manage and execute Steel Technical Service operations across Pan India, ensuring high-quality support for POSCO HQ and its group companies. It focuses on addressing customer technical issues, enhancing product performance, managing claims and supporting after-sales services. The position acts as a key link between customers, processing centers and POSCO HQ to ensure smooth communication, product certification and quality improvement initiatives.
